The Social Media Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordination to the Social Media team with daily operations and implementation of marketing projects and campaigns on social media, ensuring creative and communications reflect the brand accurately. 

What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain the social media content calendar and track creative briefs for content and campaign assets
  • Schedule daily content on all social media channels
  • Work with creative services, photo studio, video production and merchants to create exciting content for all social media channels
  • Responsible for social media campaign and content reporting and tracking
  • Partner with copywriting and social media team to ensure all external communications and copy are on-brand
  • Coordinate and execute sweepstakes prizing and fulfillment
  • Manage user-generated content; gain user approvals, approve and schedule UGC
  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to amplify content and increase engagement
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with bloggers and other digital influencers
  • Track and analyze influencer posts and report on performance
  • Drive traffic and sales through support of marketing initiatives, processes, and brand goals 


What You'll Need: 

  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least one-year prior marketing, social media experience or combined internships strongly preferred
  • MUST have experience working with influencers. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, preferred
  • An eye for photography
  • Experience in the use and navigation of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Creative by nature
  • Prior experience running social media for other brands preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and demonstrated knowledge and proven ability to identify marketing opportunities
  • Knowledge of plus community including influencers and competitors
  • Open to working nights and weekends remotely in short intervals to monitor social posts
  • Ability to travel to events (potentially, not required)

Pay range: $21.51 - $26.31/hr
