You'll define the roadmap for Real-Time Personalization (RTP) on our digital properties and work closely with technology and business partners to drive new capabilities forward. in this role you will collaborate with product, digital operation, analytic, marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure that the end-to-end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful. You will write robust requirements to define the customer journey, and drive business and customer growth through robust A/B testing and site optimization.  This role will encompass a mix of strategic planning as well as project execution.

What You'll Do:  

  • Define model and process to support personalization for cross functional team adoption and collaboration.  Identify business goals to ideate, execute, and measure against accelerated designed testing program.
  • Develop and execute a data driven personalization road map to enhance overall customer experience by improving product discovery and targeted marketing messages in web, app, and email.
  • Lead testing opportunities within 3rd party tools and platforms that support personalization capabilities.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact of data driven features and recommendations on user behavior and business metrics.
  • Work with Product Management, Marketing, Creative, and Site Ops to build process and scale development efforts to enable appropriate modular components to support content through Amplience, which will later support segmentation/personalization.
  • Define customer journey by evaluating opportunities within customer cohorts. 


 What You'll Need:  

  • 6 years in senior ecommerce role with focus in the following: personalization, marketing, merchandising, site operations, AB testing, or growth
  • In-depth knowledge of personalization tools, testing methodologies, and general ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to effectively communicate vertically across the organization
  • Results orientated mindset with focus on driving revenue and improve Customer Experience (CX)

Salary range: $145,000 - $170,000
