Summary

An Executive Producer at Havas Tonic is responsible for day to day management of the operations of one or more consumer healthcare accounts and leadership of internal teams on one large or multiple accounts.  Deep understanding of 360 campaign process. Established, monitors and optimizes project and process for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. 

Role:  “Owner”

  • Responsible for project operations and strategic organization for workload for an account
  • Senior leader/mentor for Project Management Team
  • Uses and provides recommendations for improvement of project management tools
  • Develops and enforce project timelines
  • Participate in developing scope of work and staffing plans for new and renewing clients
  • Responsible for partnering with Resource Management to allocate resources across projects
  • Responsible for tracking margin/burn rate at project level and making necessary adjustments
  • Monitor and report on utilization and profitability across project teams
  • Driver of process efficiencies and improvements

 Responsibilities

  • Manages multiple integrated, multi-track projects simultaneously and investigates and understands project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations. Including managing and maintaining relationships with third party vendors
  • Develops operational workflows by client
  • Leader/mentor for project managers across their accounts
  • Leverage project management tools to support effective and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and lead process improvement initiatives for client engagements
  • Participate in developing scope of work and staffing plans for new and renewing clients
  • Creates, maintains and enforces project schedules, estimates, and resourcing for all projects
  • Sets project quality and performance standards
  • Develop project budget for resource management
  • Develop scopes across new business engagements based on broad assumptions, comfortable with the unknown
  • Monitor and report on utilization and profitability
  • Responsible for the profitability of accounts assigned
  • Responsible for forecasts and financial reporting
  • Assesses and manages risk within, and across multiple projects
  • Ensures the best practices and standards are understood and followed throughout the project and applies lesson learned from previous projects

 Characteristics and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Must be an industry leader with stature; someone others look up to and respect
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within an advertising agency or comparable business                   
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
