Summary

  • The Associate Producer will work closely with the Senior Producer on Vail..
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong project planning, time management skills and the ability to efficiently streamline workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Branded consumer pharma experience preferred; organized with high level attention to detail and quality.
  • Work with Senior Digital Producer and account leads to define implementation strategy for digital and integrated campaigns
  • Help the clients better understand timelines and potential risks associated with specific decisions and actions
  • Determine and communicate internal and external (in collaboration with account) action steps and responsibilities for all projects related to launch campaign development, print, starter kit, brochure, websites (patient support site and consumer launch site) and targeted video
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal interdisciplinary teams, including: Account, Creative, Production, Medical Researchers, Proofing/Editorial, Finance, Resource Management, Planning to ideate, design and develop industry-leading advertising campaigns

 Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum of 3+ years of Digital Production/Integrated Production/Project Management with an emphasis eCRM program (email, microsite), and traditional (direct mail, print) campaign executions, OPDP submission
  • Launch experience a +
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including MS Project
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinker with analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Budget management skills
  • Proactively discern potential issues and solutions
  • Familiarity with best practices for email, direct mail, social, web, SMS/MMS, including, but not limited to: CAN-SPAM compliance, postal regulations, character count limitations, etc.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
