Associate Integrated Producer I Project Manager (DTC/Respiratory)

  • The Associate Producer will work closely with the Executive Producer on the GSK Respiratory portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong project planning, time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to efficiently streamline workflows.


  • Branded consumer pharma experience preferred; organized with high level attention to detail and quality.
  • Work with Executive Digital Producer and account leads to plan and execute small to mid sized projects for various brands.
  • Work with  Senior Digital Producer and account leads to manage tactics of an integrated campaigns
  • Help account leads and Clients understand timelines and potential risks associated with specific decisions and actions
  • Determine and communicate internal and external (in collaboration with account) action steps and responsibilities for all projects related to launch campaign development, print, starter kit, brochure, websites (patient support site and consumer launch site) and targeted video
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships internal interdisciplinary teams, including: Account, Creative, Production, Medical Researchers, Proofing/Editorial, Finance, Resource Management, Planning to ideate, design and develop industry-leading advertising campaigns
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with 3rd party vendor and GSK IT.


  • Must have minimum of 2+ years of Digital Production/Integrated Production/Project Management with an emphasis digital, social, and preferably some traditional (direct mail, print) campaign executions
  • OPDP submission and launch experience a +
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in MS Project or SmartSheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinker with analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Budget management skills
  • Proactively discern potential issues and solutions
  • Familiarity with best practices for digital (web, banners), social, , etc.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
