As a Search Supervisor, you are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of your clients’ line of business (staying on top of industry trends, competitive, etc.). You organize/manage workflow; coordinating the Planners/SMS and Assistant Planners/SMA in order to fulfill all search planning, analysis and scheduling requests. To be most successful, you must be organized, strategic, a trainer, a team player, and an initiator. 


  • Initiates knowledge sharing and promotion of SEM research, products and strategies
  • Acts as point person for strategic search initiatives
  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge across various client verticals and campaigns (ie. E-commerce, Retail, or Branding) type campaigns
  • Feel comfortable in giving strategic presentations to internal teammates and external clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in giving presentations and quick thinking to answer challenging questions
  • Provides strategic thinking and direction for current clients and new business.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage all search issues, between agency departments, and for the client.
  • Functions as a fully informed and reliable source of information for their clients.
  • Expected to have considerable depth in both PPC and SEO, and to contribute to the department as a multi-dimensional and resourceful person.
  • Train fellow Search team on utilization of new tools, platforms, strategies, and optimization tactics
  • Merge qualitative and quantitative data sets for strategic insights for clients.

  • 3 - 5 years of paid media experience, including search marketing (SEM/Display REQUIRED)
  • Verbal and written client-facing experience.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and industry presence, as well as innate curiosity and aptitude.
  • Familiar with enterprise management platforms for SEM and Display.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.
