The Role:

We’re looking for someone to provide digital analytics reporting and insights to support a range of different clients and projects.  You will be part of a growing team of digital marketing consultants with a variety of specialisms and a passion for learning new skills and building innovative solutions. Responsibilities include: 

  • Use digital analytics tools to develop and deliver deep insights and recommendations
  • Provide clients with dashboard design and best practice reporting standards
  • Support CRO strategy with data and insight to support testing hypothesise
  • Developing an understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape and applying data driven insight to support business improvement recommendations
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting for internal and external clients

Who we're looking for:

  • You will have knowledge of digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • An understanding of digital analytics tagging and implementation
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint to produce meaningful reports that engage audiences from non-technical backgrounds.
  • Experience of Quality Assurance to validate Web Analytics reporting against use experience
  • Ability to assess requests to develop an understanding of the underlying business objectives and appropriate measurement approach
  • A problem-solving attitude, capable of solving issues regarding tagging, data integrity, filters/segments, integrating multiple data sources and other issues that will arise
  • Articulate communicator within a commercial environment; able to produce and translate complex analysis, uncover commercially relevant insights and then clearly present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • High level of experience in measuring and analysing online behaviours and digital marketing campaigns, including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
  • Proven track record of delivering robust data analysis to decision makers
  • Experience delivering reporting in more than one industry vertical
