About the Position

We are looking to add an Associate Video Investment to grow our media operations at Havas. As an Associate Video Investment, you will be working day-to-day with emerging trends and technologies within the digital media landscape. An ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with a Digital Media Strategist, and play a key role in communicating, recommending and optimizing digital campaigns for our clients. You will work alongside an energetic and nimble team to develop go-to-market media and technology strategies, with a mobile-first focus.

 

Position Details: Planning

  • Assist in the development of the strategic digital recommendation
  • Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign recommendations
  • Manage relationships with external partners

 

Media Buying

  • Customize Requests for Proposals through communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Evaluate RFPs and aid in determining partner and media selections
  • Assist in the development of the final buy recommendation and summary

 

Implementation and Maintenance

  • Communicate with creative teams and gather necessary assets for creative builds
  • Develop insertion orders and purchase orders
  • End-to-end project management of campaigns
  • Trafficking, QA and monitoring of a campaign
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Field cross-departmental questions regarding campaign execution

 

Results Analysis

  • Gather and analyze the data, and assist in the development of results documents highlighting the relevant learnings and recommendations for future campaigns

 

About You

  • You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; you’re eager for challenges and can work productively within an unstructured environment
  • An interest in digital technology and innovation, with a particular interest in the role of mobile as it applies to the omni-channel context
  • Advanced skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in managing and analyzing data
  • Experience with online research tools such as Nielsen, eMarketer, etc.
