The Strategy Manager supports the agency's overall strategic development with innovation at its core. He or she acts as a coach to the Client Service Directors (local) and Strategy team (regional) when developing strategic plans, as well as supports the development of strategic cases for new business efforts for both local and regional prospects.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support Strategy Director during the development of client’s annual strategies
  • Support research efforts for New Business acquisition, including the development of new studies to elevate company’s positioning in the industry
  • Support the strategic teams in Latin America with relevant data and insights
  • Participate in regional and local pitches
  • Participate in calls with the regional strategy team and meetings with clients

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a strategic media role

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to clearly distill complex research concepts/techniques into simple, relevant meaning  
  • Creative thinker with the ability to break down and connect data into a straightforward, insightful story
  • Ability to quickly identify and understand client pain points and address with solutions that fits needs
  • Knowledge of digital/direct media and marketing analysis preferred
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • In depth knowledge of TGI, Comscore, Google Trends, Ibope
