SNA International seeks a bright, collaborative Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong work ethic to join our team. The qualified candidate will support laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and implementing quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in technical and/or large organizations.
  • Developing and defining major and minor quality characteristics, including quality metrics, and scoring parameters.
  • Determining the requisite quality control resources.
  • Establishing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of the QMS by conducting ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits and/or participating in formal ISO third-party conformance audits and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.
  • Creating, maintaining, and posting quality assurance forms/templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Occasionally traveling to other laboratories for meetings.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in science or engineering.
  • Completion of a military or industrial course of study in Quality Assurance AND five (5) years of specialized experience in the QA/QC field.
  • Training and expertise to perform ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 internal audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical processes and procedures, and industry/DoD standards, models, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to write reports without supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and write reports without supervision.
