Team Manager; Central/South Seattle Team
Northwest Center is looking for a Team Manager for our Employment Services team serving clients in the Central/South Seattle location POD.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Team Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team comprised of Employment Consultants and Direct Support Professionals, under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations. Team Managers support their team members to provide exemplary customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with consumers, support networks, employers and community partners.
Typically, Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekend and/or evening work. The client’s schedule dictates this schedule; as such; hours and days may vary from one client’s needs to another.
$47,000+/yearly (depending on experience)
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-Manage service quality provided to internal and external partners
-Contract compliance oversight
-Build and maintain relationships with employers
-Contract management for designated sites/contracts
-Build, understand and manage the health of client, support network, employer, community partner relationships
-Educate employers in the supervision, training, communication and support of the individual
-Provide job site visits for employers in service area
-Day to day management of team: Managing caseloads, professional staff development, approving timecards & PTO, conducting staff performance reviews and more.
-Schedule support for coaching services on a daily basis. Strategize for coverage.
-Hiring and Onboarding of new team members with help of recruiting team
-Train team members, employers, and community members
-Provide direct services (such as job coaching) as needed
-Build and manage team budget for fiscal year
-Forecast fiscal changes on a monthly basis
-Bill as needed for selected services
-Solicit and manage new referrals
-Capacity and resource planning
-Support in new contract acquisition
-Support team to understand and drive toward strategic measures

-Sitting up to eight (8) hours on chair or stool
-Valid Washington Drivers’ License
-Acceptable 5-year driving abstract
-Proof of sufficient auto insurance
-Ability to drive extensively on a daily basis including time in traffic.
-BA degree with specific college courses in the human services field OR
-Combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.
-Work history in the field of Human services/social work with an increasing leadership management experience preferred.
