Location:
 Seattle (South Park)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:45am-12:45pm
Wage: $16.00 per hour

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist for our Corporate Headquarters. This position is responsible for ensuring all phone calls to the switchboard are handled in a prompt and professional manner, and visitors are treated with courtesy and efficiency. This position is also responsible for understanding Northwest Center operations so that appropriate information can be delivered to callers and visitors. This position is in a secure building and will be responsible for monitoring the main office door to let guests in the building.

 

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and directing phone calls to appropriate staff members; take and distribute accurate messages as required
  • Interacting positively and effectively with customers in person and on the phone and handle customer service issues efficiently
  • Greeting visitors courteously and assist them to proper location or person
  • Presenting a professional business appearance and a positive demeanor
  • Maintaining neat appearance of lobby
  • Reporting and following through on any maintenance concerns regarding the lobby
  • Assisting with special projects and duties as assigned
  • Loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Data entry

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) to Two (2) years previous reception experience
  • One (1) year experience in a Customer Service position required
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Multiple-phone line experience
  • Must have exceptional attendance and punctuality
