Under Mobile service, the employee reviews all documents that are completed by health professionals, to ensure quality levels remain consistently high and minimize risk to carriers.  Provide feedback to Hp manager to improve their quality
Status: Permanent Full-time

How YOU will make a difference: 
  • Review paper questionnaire completed by Health professional to make sure that all    questions and details are answered.
  • Will release the document to the insurance company after review for posting
  • Will communicate with Health professional or applicant to obtain the missing information.
  • Will complete document to provide the missing information to the insurance company
  • Coach health professional on technic to avoid missing information
  • Track all missing information and provide to the hp manager to retrain health professional
  • Escalate immediately any issues with health professional to manager
  • Review of electronic documents and coaching if needed
  • Escalate immediately any completed document that does not meet requirements and may be adding risk to Dynacare or the Insurance company
  • Based on findings during audits, propose new/additional training, or reminders,
  • Receives and process calls and email from external and internal customers in regard to applicants
  • Ensure effective and courteous communication with all internal and external clients
  • Conducts written correspondence in a professional, polite and courteous manner
  • Learning and coaching on data software
  • Manage the mailbox for this division
  • Cross train on mobile operation and warehouse task aps – mobile and wellness
  • Additional tasks related to role as assigned by Management
What YOU bring to the role: 
  • Secondary school graduate plus 1 – 2 years of previous related experience required
  • College diploma or university degree in technical discipline an asset
  • Effective knowledge of IT - supports best practices
  • Bilingual in English and French an asset
  • Medical background will be an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
  • Demonstrated proficiency with website navigation and web-based tools
  • Experience in resolving end-user technical issues
  • Experience with IT support - best practices
  • Call Centre experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology as an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally and respectful in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Must possess strong coaching, mentoring, and instructional skills
  • Must be capable of effectively teaching, guiding, and supporting others
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns in a non-threatening, friendly manner.
  • Demonstrated high levels of interpersonal skills required to succeed in a collaborative working environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize in a result driven, time sensitive function
  • Solid ability to utilize dispute or conflict resolution techniques to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to perform under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Showcase a supportive team centric attitude by being an available resource to the team, providing the necessary support and resources for employee success as required
