As a Medical Courier, you play a crucial role for Dynacare and act as a true representative of the company. You are responsible for the pickup and safe delivery of medical samples, reports and supplies between various locations. These samples have important medical outcomes and treatments for physicians and patients, so we rely on the efficiency, accuracy, and careful transport of our couriers. Even seconds of delay can make a lasting difference to a client’s healthcare needs. This role not only allows you to make a real impact in your work but also lets you do so while having flexibility in your daily life.
Status: Permanent Full-time (Benefits Eligible)
Shift hours: Monday to Friday - 11:00 am to 18:30 PM
Location: Homepayne ON

How YOU will make a difference:
- You bring a positive approach and a friendly attitude combined with a laser-focus on quality
- Strong teamwork skills, but you can work independently while being punctual and reliable
- You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with 3-year clean driving abstract.
- Physically able and can lift up to 30 pounds(lbs.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial driver/courier role
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certified
What YOU bring to the role:
- You bring a positive approach and a friendly attitude combined with a laser-focus on quality
- 1 year of previous courier experience
- Secondary school or equivalent education required
- Clear understanding of routes and geography
- Ability to work with mobile technology and apps
- Required to lift, carry and transport specimens from different locations, up and down stairs and in and out of building
- Physically able and can lift up to 50 pounds (lbs.)
- Strong teamwork skills, but you can work independently while being punctual and reliable
