HRIS Analyst

Key Purpose of the Role:

The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the business with the configuration, analysis, reporting, data entry and data integrity for all HR related systems across the UK, North America and India. The HRIS Analyst will be working primarily within Workday, therefore, knowledge of this system is essential. Other systems include Halogen and Jobvite – knowledge of these would be beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity for 5000 employees in Workday
  • Design and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end and ad hoc reports.
  • Design and distribute global employee reports and HR statistics
  • Develop and execute audit queries for HRIS data integrity
  • Develop and maintain business solutions for Human Resources utilising Workday
  • Maintain system processes by writing and updating procedures
  • Consult with users to develop an understanding of business needs and support those needs using the HR systems
  • Work with the in-house IMS (Information Management Systems) team to define, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for implementations of new functionality or modules
  • Create and conduct in-house HRIS training programs and materials that will educate users with HRIS functionality
  • Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system and workflow improvements to reduce manual HR tasks
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required
  • May involve travel to other sites globally and flexibility to accommodate meetings in other time zones is a requirement for the role

Must Have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience using Workday
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while always maintaining excellent service
  • Experience in writing user documentation
  • Understanding of relational databases and query concepts
  • Strong analytical, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong collaborator and able to build relationships quickly across all sites
  • Able to train others on system use
  • Strong Excel skills

 Nice to Have:

  • Experience using other HR systems such as Halogen and Jobvite
  • Experience of HR system/module implementation
