The Corporate IT Manager is responsible for managing the Internal IT infrastructure at a hands-on level and for managing the Internal IT staff. This will include the effective procurement, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The IT Manager ensures that hardware, software, operating systems, and related processes adhere to security policies and organizational values.

Overall Responsibility for the Corporate IT Manager:

  • Manage Internal IT staff and IT Help Desk.
  • Manage full life cycle of Windows Server operating systems and equipment (physical, virtual, and cloud).
  • Manage full life cycle of Windows and Mac desktop and mobile operating systems and equipment.
  • Manage full life cycle of LAN / Wi-Fi network connectivity and equipment.
  • Manage full life cycle of corporate email system.
  • Manage full life cycle of corporate phone system.
  • Manage data backups and restores.
  • Support on-site and remote users via Help Desk system, email, IM, and in-person.
  • Ensure availability and security of Internal IT infrastructure through regular, preventive, and remedial maintenance.
  • Comply with existing processes and security requirements.
  • Ensure that all new users are appropriately equipped and oriented with Internal IT systems.
  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, physical and logical network diagrams, policies, procedures, user guides, status reports, and other documents, as required.
  • Ensure that corporate events have appropriate IT support.
  • Provide support to the Production / DevOps IT team and environment as needed.




  • Bachelor degree, relevant IT certification(s), and/or 10 years of relevant IT experience.
  • 3+ years as a IT manager or team lead.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong background supporting the following is required:
  • Windows 7/8, 2008/2012, and Active Directory
  • Apple OS X and iOS
  • Anti-virus and data backup systems
  • LAN / Wi-Fi networks
  • Office 365 and Exchange Online
  • Virtualized environments
  • Cisco firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
  • VOIP phone systems
  • Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Must possess professional oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must excel at solving technical problems, be able to work autonomously, be able to work well with teammates.
  • Must possess superb customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work outside of standard business hours when needed and available.
