This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered.   
    
   
Summary of the Sr. Staff Software Architect   
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our web-based EHR system for the US Healthcare Industry. As a Sr. Staff Software Architect, you will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure that our system is scalable, secure, and maintainable   
   
Responsibilities for the Sr. Staff Software Architect   
  • Develop and implement technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and align with our company's overall architecture and technology strategy
  • Design and document the technical architecture of our Web-based EHR system, including infrastructure, application layers, and databases
  • Ensure that the architecture is scalable, secure, and maintainable, and that it meets the product's business requirements
  • Work closely with the development team to provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including product managers, project managers, and business analysts, to identify technical requirements and ensure that they are met
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the development team
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our system
   
Qualifications of the Sr. Staff Software Architect   
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Solutions Architecture, System Design, Microservice, Diagramming Applications, and relative tools required
  • MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, .NET Core, MongoDB, SSRS, Knowledge of AWS & Azure Components optional
  • Experience designing and implementing technical solutions for Web-based applications in the healthcare industry
   
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Sr. Staff Software Architect   
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to other members of the development team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including MVC, Console App, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, including Web API and SQL Server
