Retention Bonus:   
New hires are eligible to receive $1,300+ bonus paid out during first 180 days of employment.
 
Pay Rate + Incentive Pay:    
  • PM Shift
    • Dry $22.65 ($22.15 + $0.50 PM Shift Differential) per hour

Outbound Stockers are eligible to receive incentive pay up to $3.50 per hour.  Incentive pay is determined by total weekly performance.

Position Summary:

With use of forklift or other machinery, move pallets of freight from reserve location put into pick slot for order selection. 

Roles & Responsibilities:    

  • Move pallets of product from and to reserve locations. 
  • Restack and r-palletize product as necessary lifting up to 60 pounds 
  • Move empty pallets and stack in proper storage locations 
  • Count product 
  • Use of pallet jacks (manual and electric), and forklift 
  • Lift up to 60 pounds 
  • Responsible for the housekeeping/sanitation of working areas
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:    

Education:  High School diploma    

Experience: Six months verifiable grocery picking experience and forklift certification preferably in a grocery warehouse environment.       

Knowledge:  Good reading, writing, math and computer skills.    

Skills and Abilities:  Must have good motor skills, spatial skills and cognitive ability.      

Must be able to work any shift hours, weekends and holidays as needed to accomplish the goals of the department and company.
