Operations
The Castle Group business model revolves around property management, and the team of employees who work every day to deliver Royal Service to the properties that we manage. As an intern on our Operations side, you will shadow one of our many Property Managers and watch how they meet the ever-changing demands of our residents. The Operations internship program is fun, exciting, and challenging. It will give you a close-up look at how our business is run.

Corporate
There are a number of departments that support our operations teams in the field, including Accounting, IT, Marketing, Business Development, and HR. Being an intern in our Corporate office gives you the opportunity to pursue a work program that falls into one of these divisions, and work with the staff in that department to support the overall mission. It is an excellent way to get clear insight on how the knowledge from your degree can be applied in the real world.
