Baseball Sponsorship Services Coordinator
This is your chance to work for the world-famous Durham Bulls Baseball Club located in one of the fastest growing areas in the country. We are looking for an up-and-coming superstar who can help shape how we service and manage our Sponsorships as sports return to large capacities. The position is directly responsible for overseeing the fulfillment for all sponsorship clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, building relationships, and be a self-starter with a solid foundation in work with, selling and coordinating corporate sponsorship packages and events. This includes but is not limited to having the ability to initiate phone calls, successfully manage face-to-face appointments, correspond via email, and develop innovative programs that drive sales.
You will effectively manage and track sponsorship inventory for the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, ATC and DAP. Coordinator will also work with vendors for signage and printing needs and make sure all deadlines are met. You will build relationships plus work home games and other events when needed, provide administrative support, and assist with game-day operational duties, which include hosting our partners.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Assist in the managing of the Bulls’ Corporate Partners.
- Work with the sponsorship team to coordinate services and the fulfillment of contracts.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external decision makers to ensure the complete and accurate fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts.
- Maintain weekly inventory reports; create year-end proof of performance summaries for clients; and assist in development of departmental procedures.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office products are necessary; must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in sponsorship services and sports marketing preferred. A college degree or equivalent experience is required
