We are looking for a QA Lead who has in-depth QA, technology, and project expertise to enhance our marketing strategies. You will monitor, test, and analyze large volumes of data to keep workflows healthy. You will own the quality assurance responsibility across our publishing projects. Together, we pioneer and reinforce big data infrastructure and large-scale production services.
The QA Lead is a senior role, supported by both internal and external partnerships. We as a team will build close collaboration with our Product and Analytics teams. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing detailed test plans and handcraft effective QA processes and practices that support broad team operations. You will also be responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of frameworks within teams and cross locations departments. This will encompass crafting test cases, reporting tools (such as Jira), to query results and overall regression packs. Through your excellent technical skillset, effective relationship building, and partnership with the key collaborators, you’ll streamline and support product completion efficiency!

Desired Skills and Experience:
4+ years as a QA Lead in analytics or data-intensive environment
Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Design suitable test plans based on product requirements
Strong collaboration skills and works well with partners
Proven experience in balancing multiple projects
Proven track record of managing offshore vendor teams
Proven technical skillset and an ability to learn quickly
Prior experience with non-functional testing (such as performance, compatibility, etc.)
Strong reporting skills i.e. QA Velocity, Future Planning, QA Progress
Strong working knowledge of test tools and reporting, such as JIRA, TestRail, GameBench, etc. or equivalent tools
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams in multiple locations
Ability to work with upper management and supply key facts and metrics
Experience with data attributions and end to end data flow
Experiences with SQL and Splunk
Experiences with integrating automation to build pipelines is a plus
Experiences with source control (Git, SVN, Perforce, TFS, etc.) and DevOps practices is a plus
