The Salesforce CRM Manager is responsible for creating and delivering value with business process optimization and systems automation on the “Lead-to-Opportunity” Management area on Salesforce platform. The primary applications you will be working with are Salesforce.com and Marketo and you are expected to have hands-on with the salesforce platform. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team and engaging and collaborating with the operational leadership teams from Marketing, Channel, Sales, Sales Operations and Partner Marketing departments.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with business leaders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals
  • Subject matter expert for lead, deal registration, account, contact and opportunity management areas
  • Provide strategic guidance for the internal business teams and be hands-on with implementations
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure industry best practices are followed 
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Lead, deliver and support the Salesforce CRM application related projects on the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) management area
  • Implement the new business processes and improve the existing ones 
  • Interact with cross functional business units to define requirements and understand the systems downstream changes
  • Develop the functional and high level technical design document for new business requirements and deliver to our internal development group or vendor consultants
  • Document business process flows and requirements and align them with the sprint process to deliver them
  • Work closely with Architect and Salesforce development teams to define and implement the solutions as part of sprint delivery cycles
  • Manage the projects and enhancements prioritization with the business team and set the expectations
  • Help business users to complete the UAT and drive the delivery of system enhancements
  • Provide training to end users if needed

 

Qualifications/Your Background:

  • Minimum of 8 year of IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform and must have hands-on experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience on implementing top of the funnel processes such as lead management, account management and partner relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of other tools such as Marketo and Outreach
  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Excellent leadership and project delivery skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player 
  • Keen attention to details 
  • 4-year degree BS/BA in a technical, business or other analytical field required
