Description

ZoomCare is seeking a Part-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team! The Family Medicine Provider is responsible for collaborating with other physicians, and advanced practice providers. The Family Medicine Physician delivers clinical care (primary care) to ZoomCare patients, manages uncontrolled chronic illnesses, evaluates medically complex patients and provides education and mentorship to the ZoomCare provider workforce.  

Schedule:  

• 24 hour work weeks. Work (3) 8 hour clinic shifts per week
• All clinic day are during the week, no weekend shifts.

Compensation:  

• Hourly pay range: $103.00 - $132.00 depending on experience

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in our state of the art clinics.
• Serve as a clinical role model to ZoomCare providers.
• Build a practice on the ZoomCare platform.
• Master the ZoomCare Perfect Visit™ approach which includes: staying on time, using labs and pharmacotherapy/medications available through our ZoomCare system whenever possible, and achieving visit goals, as defined by ZoomCare metrics.
• Master the ZoomCare “team care” approach (our method of referrals, follow-up, etc).
• Collaborate with other physician leaders to strengthen our evidence-based platform and develop point-of-care clinical guidelines.
• Participate in clinical committees as requested by the medical office.
• Create medical content in the form of presentations to clinical colleagues and clinical recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Board Certified Physician, required.
• Must be board certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO).
• 5+ years of clinic practice experience, preferred.

COMPENSATION  PACKAGE

• Hourly Range: $103.00 - $132.00 DOE

WORKING CONDITIONS  

• Part-time schedule options: (3) 8 hour in-clinic shifts per week (Monday - Friday)
• Clinic shifts are 8 hours long (start and end times will vary depending on clinic location). 
• Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19
• Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP 
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask when needed
