ZoomCare is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project plans, teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. This role involves communicating timely and relevant information regarding project objectives, scope, status, and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. The Project Manager leverages professional tools to provide updates and facilitate communication between project teams and senior leaders, working cross-functionally to support projects and address any potential risks. The Project Manager operates as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).

  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Outline project tasks and delegate responsibilities accordingly.
  • Conduct cost analyses, estimating project expenses to inform budgeting.
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on projected costs.
  • Document project progress according to PMO standards throughout execution.
  • Regularly track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Establish quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address challenges, and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management and provide recommendations for mitigation, including project termination if necessary.
  • Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and vendors to facilitate communication.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, providing necessary training and information to support project, program, and system launches.
  • Ensure execution of communication plans across all phases of the project.
  • Update workflow documentation prior to project launch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of project management experience required.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications highly desired.
  • Proficient in Google Suite as well as Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering professional development.

  • Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000 annualized
  • Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses 
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Ability to work at a computer/workstation for prolonged periods of time.
  • Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to effectively communicate with others.
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • This position may be remote working in either Washington State or Oregon State.
