ZoomCare is seeking a District Manager of Super to join our team!The District Manager is responsible for operating and driving clinic performance for the clinics within their district. The District Manager will drive performance by managing providers with assessments of financial performance and clinic observations.

- Provide monthly analysis and review of profit and loss at both service line and clinic levels with the Vice President and Director of Clinic Operations.
- Manage key indicators that influence financials, including revenue per visit, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive key performance indicators to achieve optimal productivity and support providers in meeting their bonus targets.
- Assess team member needs related to role scope, development, succession planning, and clinic outcomes; create and promote development plans to address these needs effectively.
- Monitor and control clinic expenditures within the approved budget, adhering to administrative guidelines, organizational benchmarks, and anticipated service scopes.
- Conduct monthly analysis of workflows and efficiencies at both service line and clinic levels, focusing on delivering the perfect visit and optimizing resource management.
- Oversee inventory management across service lines and clinics within the district to ensure resource availability and efficiency.
- Evaluate expiring real estate site leases in the district and provide recommendations to renew, relocate, terminate early, or not renew, as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, business administration, or related field, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong character demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
- Proven success managing business results and metrics.
- Proficient in Adobe, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack or related software and an ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.
- Valid State issued non-commercial class driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- CPR/BLS Certified, or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to travel between and visit clinics for a majority of the work week, required.
Additional Qualifications for Super
- 2+ years in a managerial role in an emergency department or similar setting, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards and best practices in emergency medicine.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
- Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position requires a high level of mental and emotional resilience, given the fast-paced and often stressful nature of healthcare.
- Occasional exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials, with appropriate safety measures and protective equipment provided.
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this position.
- Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to be fit tested and wear a respirator, when required.
