ZoomCare is seeking a Content Marketing Manager join our team! The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that meet business objectives, including patient acquisition, education, and retention. The position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing but works closely with communications, growth marketing, digital patient experience, and clinical teams. The Content Marketing Manager is both creative and analytical, generating differentiating ideas for the website, social media, and email, evaluating performance, and adjusting accordingly.

- Develop, write, execute, and optimize content marketing plans, including content for programmatic, conversion-focused campaigns.
- Create and manage a comprehensive, high-volume content calendar for the website, social media platforms, email, and other promotional efforts, incorporating input from marketing colleagues and other functions at ZoomCare.
- Provide ideas and guidance for visuals in partnership with in-house designers and agency partners.
- Keep abreast of best practices for all content platforms and understand opportunities with emerging platforms.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and channels to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Prepare actionable, data-driven reports that help the entire organization understand what content resonates with patients and other audiences to drive decision-making.
- Partner with the legal and compliance teams to ensure customer privacy and data management.
- Keep current on marketing, industry, and consumer trends and tools, and identify and pitch opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years content marketing experience for consumer-focused brands. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and deliver consistent detail-oriented results.
- Familiarity with HTML and AMPscript is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe, Google Suite, remote meeting and collaboration software including but not limited to Google Meet and Slack.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in order to deliver multiple tasks on time.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners at all organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks and projects.

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
- Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
