ZoomCare is seeking a Senior Manager - Specialty Services to join our team! The Senior Manager - Specialty Services is responsible for operating and driving Specialty Service performance within the Mental Health, Telehealth Assistants, Daily Care Practice Leads, Women’s Health, Podiatry, Dermatology, Registered Nurse Care Managers, Imaging {CT, RT, US}, and any other specialty service lines. The Manager will drive performance by managing providers with assessments of financial performance and clinic/remote observations.

- Provide monthly analysis and review of service line level profit and loss with the Vice President of Clinic Operations.
- Manage key indicators that influence financials including revenue per visit.
- Drive key performance indicators to achieve optimal productivity and
support providers to achieve their bonuses. - Assess team member needs for scope of role, development needs, succession planning and clinic outcomes; create and promote development plans accordingly.
- Oversee department functions, complete periodic projects, and drive the achievement of performance metrics.
- Monitor and control clinic expenditures within the approved budget using
administrative guidelines, organization benchmarks and anticipated scope of
services. - Provide monthly analysis of workflows and service line efficiencies related to
delivery of the perfect visit and resource management. - Oversee the facilities inventory management for each service line in the district.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including maintenance of on-site binders and facilitating quarterly radiation committee meetings.
- Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and completion of routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and follow-up on action items to ensure optimal operation of imaging equipment.
- Manage the American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation process, including timely renewals and ensuring standards are met.
- Coordinate the renewal process for equipment warranties and machine licenses, ensuring no lapses in coverage or compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of team members' professional licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate imaging equipment usage to ensure efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
- Work cross-functionally with clinical teams, leadership, and vendors to address any imaging or other specialty-related issues or projects.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and safety of imaging procedures.
- Lead training initiatives for the imaging team to ensure familiarity with equipment, safety protocols, and regulatory changes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field, preferred.
- 3+ years as a practice manager for a clinic or healthcare facility. 2+ years of additional management experience, preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong character demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and resilience.
- Proven success managing business results and metrics.
- Proficient in Adobe, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack or related software and an ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.
- Valid State issued non-commercial class driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- CPR/BLS Certified, or ability to become certified within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to travel between and visit clinics for a majority of the work week, required.

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 dependent on experience
- Other Compensation: May be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
- Must reside in the Portland / Vancouver area and be able to travel to multiple clinics weekly.
- Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to be fit tested and wear a respirator, when required.
