Position Overview: 

To support this initiative, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the engagement on a consulting basis. The scope of work ranges from small workstation upgrades to large‑scale deployments covering thousands of seats. The primary focus will be on work desk and end‑user technologies, including all thin‑client solutions such as VDI, endpoint devices, monitors, mounting equipment, headsets, and structured cabling.

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the central coordination point, interfacing with and overseeing authorized vendors and installers responsible for various aspects of the implementation. This role requires close collaboration with global team members and key stakeholders to ensure delivery consistency, high quality, adherence to budget, and compliance with stringent timelines.

What you’ll do as the (Senior Project Manager)

• Take in wholistic view of desired results and create steps to achieve those results
• Create project network plans consisting of all activities required to execute projects
• Turn those plans into project plans in Microsoft Project
• Determine the time required to complete each step and plan accordingly
• Assign and schedule internal and external resources to complete tasks
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to assist
• Manage vendors who are doing various portions of implementations
• Collaborate with product teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct meetings to verify progress
• Facilitate efforts to ease bottlenecks and remove roadblocks
• Experience leading projects with Waterfall methodology
• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
• ServiceNow and MS Project experience are a must, and Clarity for status reporting and issues is a plus.

What you will bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Minimum 5+ years PM work experience in a similar role with high profile global financial services firm (FSI).
• Strong Technical knowledge, more than a basic understanding of Technology, SME.
• Understanding of modern workplace solutions including thin client technologies and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
• Business-level English competence, knowledge of Mandarin is also required, as the role involves communication with stakeholders and partners across Mandarin‑speaking regions.
• Experience using ServiceNow and MS Project is required.
