Position Overview:

We are looking for a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Certified Engineer to lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our organization’s PAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying PAM tools, managing lifecycle activities, and providing ongoing support to ensure secure privileged access across the environment.

Implementation

          Deploy, configure, and integrate PAM solutions (CyberArk / BeyondTrust / Thycotic /     ManageEngine or similar).

          Onboard privileged accounts, credentials, applications, servers, and network devices.

          Set up password vaulting, session monitoring, PSM/PSM-R, PIM, and least-privilege controls.

          Implement policies, access workflows, and approval mechanisms.

          Integrate PAM with Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems, and MFA solutions.

          Conduct functional testing, UAT, and documentation of implementation processes.

Support & Maintenance

          Monitor and maintain PAM components, vault health, connectors, and scheduled tasks.

        Troubleshoot issues related to access workflows, password rotations, session recordings,     and PAM agents.

          Manage patching, version upgrades, and system enhancements.

          Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolutions in a timely manner.

          Perform periodic access reviews, compliance checks, and audit reporting.

          Work with InfoSec teams to improve privileged access security posture.

What you will bring to the team:

          Mandatory: PAM certification (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or equivalent).

          1–3 years of experience in PAM implementation and support.

          Strong understanding of identity & access management concepts.

          Knowledge of Windows, Linux, network devices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

          Experience with AD, LDAP, MFA, SSO, IAM policies, and security best practices.

          Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).

          Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

          Experience with SIEM integrations (Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel).

          Knowledge of ITIL processes—Incident, Change, Problem Management.

          Understanding compliance standards like ISO 27001, NIST, SOX.

          Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant security certifications (PAM, CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are an added advantage.
