Position Overview:

The Apple Pre Sales Solutions will be responsible for providing technical pre-sales support for Apple devices and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. The candidate will work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

What you’ll do as a (Apple Pre Sales Solutions):

Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of Apple and MDM solutions to prospective customers.

Identify technical requirements relevant to prospective customers and recommend appropriate solutions.

Provide technical expertise to sales teams during customer meetings and negotiations.

Assist with the development of technical proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to Apple and MDM technology and provide insights to sales teams and customers.

Provide ongoing technical support to customers during the sales process and after implementation.

Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and promote Apple and MDM solutions.


What will you bring to the team: 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, specifically in Apple solutions.

Strong knowledge of Apple devices, including MacBook, iPhone, and iPad.

Familiarity with MDM solutions, such as JAMF and Workspace ONE.

Understanding of how to integrate MDM Solutions with systems or devices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
