Position Overview
As a member of Infrastructure Engineering in the Information Technology group, you will be a part of the infrastructure support and projects lifecycle. This includes Implementing, Maintaining, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of systems and network devices located on premise and in public cloud.
Key Responsibilities

- Install/configure, maintain, monitor and automate in Windows, Linux, VoIP, Storage and Network environments
- Perform problem resolution and provide 24-hour on-call support for computer/network systems (rotation basis)
We are seeking candidates with the following:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience
- CCNA/MCSE preferred
Required Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the following:
o Private & Public(Azure) Cloud configuration and management
o Office 365 services configuration and management
o Install/configure, maintain and monitor:
- VMware or Hyper-V
- Windows environment
- Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
- Scripting using:
o PowerShell
o VB Script
Preferred Experience:
- Automation/Configuration management tools
- VoIP - Cisco UCCX and Unity
- Linux/Unix management with command line tools
- LAN/WAN using routing/routed protocols, MPLS and iSCSI SANs
- Netbackup, JBoss, IIS, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX
