Position Overview:
The Supervisor Pricing Desk will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by negotiating pricing, managing procurement agreements, and ensuring competitive pricing for various opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and OEMs to secure favorable terms and discounts that drive cost savings and enhance our competitive position in the market.
What you’ll do as the Supervisor Pricing Desk:
Employees employed in the role of Supervisor Pricing Desk shall be required to apply their independent minds and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

- To assist in pricing negotiations for General Procurement agreements such as VPA’s, processing Master Agreements, Statements of Work,
- Assist sales on small & medium-sized opportunities by negotiating with distribution and OEM’s to get special pricing based on quantity and forecasted purchase.
- Assist sales on large opportunities to get deal registrations, Big Deals setups through OEM’s and distributions.
- Help sales to setup customer level VPA’s based on customer size.
- Suggest sales regarding sale price by keeping in view the cost, freight cost, tax, contract fee and competitor pricing.
- Assis sales in winning opportunities by attaining competitive pricing.
- Get upfront discounts from suppliers as per company policy.
- Upload deal regs, Bids, Master Contracts (in case of big clients)
- Assist finance to collect rebates, discounts, promos from OEM’s and distributions.
- Recording and keeping letters to claim the discounts
What you will bring to the team:
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
Required Experience:
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in procurement and pricing strategies.
- Excellent collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively with sales, finance, and external partners.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills for managing contracts and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills for cost and pricing analysis, enabling strategic recommendations.
- Experience with OEM and distributor negotiations is preferred.
