Position Overview:

 

As a Go to Market & Global Lifecycle Services Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our innovative Technology Lifecycle Services offerings. Spearhead efforts from white glove fulfillment, to Technology Lifecycle Services and ITAD space. Play a pivotal role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and drive our GSCaaS Services led business growth, expanding market share, enhance our position as a leader in the market.        

A proven strategic leader with deep understanding of services across the Technology supply chain services. Deep knowledge in understanding the services, revenue, customer acquisition and finance. This person has a robust track record of developing and implementing successful strategies for various GTM strategies.       

 

As a Strategic Service Professional, Individual will work with the Director of Strategic Services to develop and execute high-level goals for growth in fulfillment, Technology Lifecycle Services offerings and strategies. Constantly stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to anticipate and respond to changes swiftly. Set and relentlessly pursue ambitious objectives to deliver impactful results.  Strong ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities and measure effectiveness of GTM strategies.

Strategy Development:      

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies across the technology and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for differentiation and market penetration.

 

Market positioning:      

 

  • Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy across the Services portfolio.
  • Define and communicate a compelling value proposition for our Technology Lifecycle Services and ITAD solutions.
  • Develop messaging and positioning strategies to effectively articulate the benefits of our services to target audiences.

 

Sales Enablement      

 

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell Technology Lifecycle Services and ITAD solutions.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.

 

Customer Engagement   

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring our services align with their requirements.
  • Develop customer personas, understand their pain points, and align GSCaaS solutions to address customer needs.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration    

 

  • Work closely with varuius cross functional teams, Project Management, Technology Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies with services capabilities and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff from lead generation to deal closure.

 

Partnership Development:   

 

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance end to end supply chain services.
  • Collaborate with Partners to create joint value propositions and GTM initiatives.

 

Performance Metrics      

 

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership on the performance of Services strategies.

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven marketing experience (7+ years) in a go-to-market leadership role in the Technology Lifecycle segment.
  • Experience in with Sales, Marketing and Integration regarding GTM Strategies
  • Strong understanding of the technology lifecycle and ITAD processes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and lead cross-functional teams.
