Position Overview:

 

This is a leadership role that partners with the rest of Inside Solutions Architects team to help our customers craft and build solutions to address their business needs. The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of revenue and margin from various solution areas, relevant OEMs and technology towers supported by the ISAs.  The Manager Cloud ISA will develop and maintain a team of top-tier architects for all supported solution areas capable of meeting departmental revenue and margin goals and providing 5 start service to our internal and external customers.

 

 

What you’ll do as the Manager Cloud ISA:

Work closely with the team to ensure the team is providing high quality support & services to sales and customers according to established SOPs

• Set metrics and goals for the team in line with company goals on quarterly and annual basis

• Partner with our sales teams to help ensure success in accounts ranging from SMB to mid-market and large enterprises.

• Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier pre-sales talent for all supported solution areas.

• Foster strong and effective relationships with Inside Sales and Field Sales, to help drive growth in revenue and margin numbers

• Coach the team to meet & exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual margin targets.

• Work with Partner Relationship Management team and Marketing to meet certification requirements and maintain required number of trainings and certs to achieve and maintain highest partnership levels with all concerned partners and OEMs

• Prepare annual budgets in complete alignment with strategic initiatives and set and monitor performance targets for the team.

• Engage with and support the ISAs to provide improved speed of service and help ZONES sell more OEM’s Enterprise products, solutions, and services.

• Partner with the team and sales leadership to develop strategic road maps and lead execution to promote customer retention and expansion

• Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback through several methods, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to improve performance.

• Oversee development of knowledge assets to improve repeatability and rapid adoption of processes

• Oversee standardization of SOW templates to improve response times

• Develop and maintain reporting metrics to monitor performance and utilization of the team

• Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, delivery, operations, HR, Legal, Finance etc.) as part of daily administrative activities.

• Communicate and present data points on team’s performance to senior leadership

• Maintain hygiene of opportunity records, measure and report key metrics like engagement ratio and win rates

• Work with the team to ensure consistent coordination with sales through the seven stages of solution design process.

 

What you will bring to the team:

Education Requirements/Certifications

• BA/MBA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 10 years of Pre-sales / Project Management experience.

• Professional-level technical certification(s) from a major manufacturer.

• At least 1 or more current vendor competency certifications.

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.

Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.

Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers.

Consultative problem solver ''Actively listens'' Understands the needs and business problems in order to uncover potential value points of offering.

Can multi-task, prioritize, and juggle to handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness to the customer.

Strong interpersonal, teaming, leadership, creativity, influencing, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required.
