Position Overview:

  1. The primary objective of the Practice Arch Lead - Network is to create service solution and pricing for customer requirement to increase the growth of services revenue and margin from opportunities in their respective solution environment. 
    1. The Practice Arch Lead - Network works as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the clients, Zones RDs and sales teams with some supervision.
    2. The Practice Arch Lead - Network provides technical consulting to PPM-S for carving out service offerings.
    3. The Practice Arch Lead - Network participates in technical evaluation of service offerings as proof of concepts (PoCs) in Innovation Center.

 

  1. The Practice Arch Lead - Network Lead position focuses on supporting ZONES Account Executives, Inside Sales Reps, Regional Directors and Solution Architects, WinCenter team with all presales assistance, Bill of Material (BoM) creation/review, services & efforts creation/review and providing general technical consulting on all supported services & point solution areas.
    1. Own the technical relationship with clients on assigned opportunities from mid-market & enterprise level accounts.
    2. Supports AM/ATE and Solution Architects (SAs) by performing all presales activities required to complete the solution design/response. These activities include scope analysis/review, draft questionnaire/review for further clarifications required if any, technical solution response creation/review, Efforts estimation and commercials/review and validating the solution accuracy prior to delivery.
    3. Conducts service offerings demonstrations as per customer’s requirements/pain points and use that information to design appropriate solution
    4. Standardization of response documents
    5. Positioning Zones as a Go-To Partner and Trusted Advisor

Practice Arch Lead - Network position will also support to PPM-S team to consult and evaluate on new as well on upgrading current service offerings. GSA Lead will work with GSA team to develop PoC solutions and.

  1. Work with PPM-S team to craft service offering technical blueprint.
  2. Support PPM-S team to evaluate best fit tools and technologies for identified service offerings.
  3. Design and build service/point solutions proof of concepts (PoCs) setups in innovation center

Conduct demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

 

What you’ll do as the Practice Arch Lead - Network:

             Conducts service offerings demonstrations as per customer’s requirements/pain points and use that information to design appropriate solution.

             Conduct required assessments on customer’s environment/systems to drive assessment led selling.

             Act as a primary resource for Customer RFP’s/RFQ’s requesting services solutions. Work with the AM/ATE and the RFP team to ensure we meet the deadline, that the response, effort estimations and pricing calculations are accurate to increase Zones chances of winning

             Demonstrate strong business acumen and deep understanding of client’s IT related business goals and challenges through presentations to ensure proper translation of the client’s needs into solutions.

             Review scope, solutions, and efforts prior to delivery to the Customer to ensure accuracy and minimize Customer satisfaction issues

             Understand the PPM-S team’s service offering/s and convert it into technical blueprint

             Suggest and evaluate best fit tools and technologies for identified service offerings

             Design and build service/point solutions proof of concepts (PoCs) setups in innovation center

  • Maintain technical certifications necessary to enable & maintain Zones services and certified partner active status
  • Standardization of response documents
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zones’ services catalog.

 

 

             Managing workflow

             Training/on-boarding new hires.

             Evaluating performance and providing feedback

Identifying and consulting career advancement opportunities.

What you will bring to the team:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience

 

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES, ETC.:

Professional-level technical certification(s)- Switching & Routing, Firewall, Virtualization/SD-WAN technologies.

At least 1 or more current Network/Firewalls/Load Balancers vendor competency certifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Minimum of 15 years in an IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years of Network Architect role background supporting pre-sales, technical solutions and service offerings
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness to the customer.
  • Strong interpersonal, teaming, leadership, creativity, influencing, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required.
