Position Overview:
Zones has an exciting opportunity for a Solution Director, Multi-Practice, Networking, The role focuses on coordinating solutions involving multiple practices. You will report directly to the VP of Security Practice and be responsible for the following focus areas:
What you’ll do as the Solution Director:

- Practice Growth: Drive the creation and launch of new services and solutions (product + service) as well as ongoing refinement/upgrades of existing services in collaboration with the PPM-Services and Delivery Teams
- Offering Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy to grow the practice based on inputs from OEMs, internal stakeholders, analysts, and environment scans
- Pre-Sales/Delivery/Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that they are enabled and executing on the Go To Market strategy.
- Marketing: Work with the Marketing team to help define marketing, branding, promotions, events for enabling Practice growth
- Partner strategy - Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with technology partners for joint go-to-market
- Solution Anchoring
What you will bring to the team:
- Deep understanding of the key product and services offerings from OEMs and their relevance to industry verticals and market segments
- Strong business acumen to determine the most effective means to achieve the Practice goals
- A leadership style that is effective in collaborating and influencing various teams within and outside Zones to help create, execute the practice strategy, and achieve the practice goals
- Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in the Practice area at a large Systems Integrator or Services provider
- Focused on taking products, solutions and services from concept to launch and subsequently explosive growth
- Experience of being in a CTO / CIO role would be a plus
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $180,000 - $230,000.
