Position Overview:
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving net‑new logo acquisition for the ITS business by partnering closely with the ITS sales team. This role focuses on regional execution of targeted, data‑driven campaigns designed to generate meetings and pipeline from a defined list of new accounts.

- Own and execute field marketing programs focused on net‑new logo acquisition for the ITS Solutions sales team.
- Partner closely with ITS sales leadership to align on target account lists, priorities, and meeting goals.
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns to engage a defined list of ~400 new target accounts.
- Execute ABM, paid social, email, event, and multi‑channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales meetings.
- Build and manage paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and other platforms) to reach and engage new logos.
- Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as meetings set, pipeline influence, and net‑new logos.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams (digital, content, operations) to ensure timely and effective execution.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, preferably in technology or IT services.
- Strong experience with social media marketing, including paid social campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience with database marketing, targeting, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools.
- Experience executing integrated campaigns across email, social, events, and digital channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to move fast and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting a national or regional sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Comfort working in a metrics‑driven environment focused on pipeline and revenue impact.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $65,000
