Position Overview:
As a New Hire CSP, Cloud & Workloads Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding and ongoing training programs for new Account Executives (AEs) within the Pakistan sales team. Your primary objective will be to accelerate new hire ramp-up, ensure alignment with sales leadership goals, and drive adoption of ZonesCloud, CSP offerings, and key workloads. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high standards in training content, provide actionable performance insights, and contribute to overall business results through effective enablement.
What you’ll do as the New Hire CSP Trainer:

- Execute Structured Enablement Plans:
Deliver a robust onboarding experience that includes CSP, ZonesCloud, and workload training using varied learning methods (e.g., instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, self-paced modules). - Drive Ramp-to-Goal Achievement:
Guide new hires through structured training paths to meet ramp goals in digital adoption, client acquisition, and revenue generation. - Evaluate and Track Progress:
Leverage reporting tools to assess AE performance, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted remediation strategies to ensure success. - Collaborate with Sales Leadership:
Maintain alignment with sales leadership to ensure consistency in messaging, awareness of training impact, and support for AE performance goals. - Enable Long-Term Growth:
Provide ongoing education and knowledge reinforcement to tenured sellers and managers to help them achieve their Wildly Important Goals (WIGs). - Evangelize Success:
Highlight success stories, recognize high-performing AEs, and share best practices to build a culture of excellence and learning.
What you will bring to the team:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong Sales Enablement Experience:
Proven ability to train sales teams on cloud services, CSP offerings, and client engagement strategies. - Expertise in CSP and Cloud Workloads:
Deep understanding of Microsoft CSP, ZonesCloud, and workload fundamentals, including positioning, value proposition, and consumption models. - Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret training data, assess performance trends, and act swiftly on insights to close learning gaps. - Collaboration Skills:
Effective at working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and enablement teams to ensure aligned execution of training strategies. - Communication and Facilitation:
Skilled at delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions—both virtually and in-person—with clarity, energy, and purpose. - Adaptability and Accountability:
Comfortable adjusting plans based on AE progress and feedback; committed to maintaining accuracy and relevance in training materials.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in business administration, Human Resource Management, Training or Learning and Development.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in multicultural or global teams.
- Certification or training in adult learning or instructional design.
