Position Overview:
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on process excellence, compliance, and employee experience, while acting as a trusted HR partner to business stakeholders through advisory support, data insights, and people-process alignment.
What you’ll do as the [HR Specialist]:
- Facilitate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements etc.
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and HRIS data integrity across locations.
- Facilitate smooth execution of performance cycles, confirmations, promotions, and role changes.
- Provide data-backed inputs on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and cost metrics to support workforce planning.
- Review BGV reports, identify discrepancies, and manage red/yellow flag cases in line with company policy.
- Support organizational changes such as restructuring, role alignment, and process transitions from an HR operations perspective.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support audits as required.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
- Proven stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR analytics.
