Position Overview:
Costing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing the right product at the right time at the right quantity at the right quality at the right cost in different domains of sourcing such as Hardware sourcing, Software Sourcing, Costing and Pricing Desk.
What you’ll do as a Costing Specialist:
Employees employed in the role of Costing Specialist shall be required to apply their independent minds and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

- Should have a good understanding of different pricing models offered by Mfr.
- Cost management using different sourcing strategies including but not limited to deal registration, rebate programs, promotions, and extended payment terms with distribution.
- Stock availability management via different distribution warehouses.
- Assisting other segments of the business to win opportunities by negotiating target costs with suppliers.
- A strong customer service orientation mindset to interact with multiple groups within and outside the organization.
What you will bring to the team:
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a relevant field is mandatory
- Must have good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a good understanding of IT terms and product knowledge associated with Supply Chain.
- Ability to complete multiple assigned tasks with little supervision and tight timeline.
- Must work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment.
- Intermediate or advanced computer skills, experience and proficiency with MS Word, Office and Excel are required.
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
