Hours: Mon-Friday 8-5 ET

Up to $31.25/hr + benefits.
What you'll do as the IT Network Coordinator

- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders on the following:
- Information gathering for Network Team as part of the Network Segmentation Workstream
- Manage the change in Network Configuration of multiple TECH Devices (end user computers, printers, and warehouse devices).
- Updating processes, documentation and creating KB articles as needed
- Working with business partners
- Working with field services
- Performing basic network troubleshooting
What you'll bring to the table:
- Must be able to work with multiple issues and locations at a time
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized
- Has basic project management skills
- Has networking knowledge (understand basic IP protocols, basic switching, routing, vlans and vrfs) to be a liaison between the networking team and local TECH Infra
- Is proficient in Windows 10, & Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise
- Able to work on their own while moving issues and projects forward
- Has 3 years’ experience in an IT environment.
- Understanding various IT equipment installs, experience walking through and scheduling technicians as well as working on a national project/rollout, and Network+ and A+ certifications a plus
- Smartsheet experience is a major plus
- PMP training and experience in a retail environment is a major plus
- RFID knowledge beneficial but not required
- Microsoft Intune knowledge beneficial but not required
