Fluidra’s looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. 
  
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  
The Receptionist’s role is to provide administrative and reception support for the west coast North American headquarters. This position reports to the Sr. Administrative Services Manager. Duties include general reception responsibilities, along with support to the Legal and Administrative Departments and others as needed. Additionally, you will: 
  • Maintain visitors log, safety/security log and issue badges to visitors entering the facility 
  • Ensure lobby area and adjacent conference rooms are organized and tidy, as well as assist with scheduling meetings when necessary 
  • Process all office supply orders for the company online, on a weekly basis. Manage and maintain stock of supplies of frequently utilized items for immediate needs  
  • Assist Customer Experience Department as needed, to include rebate and warranty support as requested and directed 
  • Maintain mail room: manage all pickups and deliveries and ensure mail room supplies are always stocked. 
  • Process check requests and obtain appropriate approvals for additional postage for the meter machine when needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
WHAT WE SEEK
  • Minimum of 2 years reception or customer support experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding phone etiquette 
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize projects and multitask 
  • Customer service driven, punctual, professional demeanor and ability to work with minimum supervision 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus 
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.

The expected hourly rate is $20.00- $26.00. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
