Machine Operator
Description
Fluidra’s looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Sparks, MD.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Read, interpret and execute job instructions.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate windows-based systems. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate Program Logic Controller (PLC) screens and input and retrieve data using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Proficient computer skills, able to navigate windows-based system (ERP) to input and retrieve data.
- Ability to operate powered and non-powered industrial trucks and materials handling and packaging equipment.
- Ability to control the operation of equipment or systems.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area at all time.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Able to work independently and in team environments with minimal supervision after training.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and emotional control.
- Must be able to work at a steady pace, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Able to meet reasonable deadlines and adapt to frequent job order changes as necessary.
- Able to problem- solve and use continuous process improvement techniques to standardize and improve work processes.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The expected Hourly Rate Range $18 - $20 .
