WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE          

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems & Health, Safety, Environmental required to manage risk, compliant, and efficient manufacturing activities. Additionally, you will:  

Quality         

• Develop procedures and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure production of quality products
• Management of Corrective Action Request logs documenting Failure Modes, Root Cause Analyses, Corrective Actions, and Audits for Effectiveness
• Manage customer complaints of poor quality to ensure all are investigated, documented and the corrective actions are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a formal training process to include welding operations, inspection and testing
• Manage the use and control of calibrated inspection and test equipment 
• Develop visual, dimensional and test procedures for new and existing products

• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events
• Support the FLUIDRA Global EHS initiatives through continuous improvement and process development
• Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation
• Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident

WHAT WE SEEK         

• 2+ years’ experience with Quality Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and project managers
• Understanding of how to read blueprints and other construction plans preferred in some fields
• Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback
• NDT Level II PT, AWS-CWI Certification is a plus

EDUCATION         

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
