Do you enjoy working in a cross-functional capacity with both customers and employees providing inside sales support?  We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and experience in a fast-paced call center environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to discuss our Customer for Life Advocate position.

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Responsible for providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including order processing/tracking, shipment error resolution, and credit and rebills processing. Additionally, you will:

  • Provide customer service via email and over the telephone.
  • Process sales, demo, and accommodation orders, as well as tracking shipments.
  • Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
  • Process customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims. 
  • Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
  • Function as a backup CFL Advocate for when necessary.
  • As needed assist with processing whole goods warranty credit and replacements for our wholesale distributor customers.

 

WHAT WE SEEK
  • 2 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
  • Ability to type 50 WPM.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
  • Strong written and pleasant verbal communication skills.

 

EDUCATION

High school education or equivalent.
