Fluidra is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
 
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 
The Customer Operations Analyst for the Leslie's Account will serve as the key liaison between Leslie’s and Fluidra, ensuring operational excellence and seamless collaboration across all aspects of the supply chain. This role is pivotal in aligning Fluidra’s operations with Leslie’s expectations, driving demand synchronization, order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and supply chain transparency to deliver best-in-class service. Additionally, you will: 
 
  • Act as the central point of contact to synchronize demand planning between Leslie’s and Fluidra.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Leslie’s, Fluidra’s Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Ensure alignment on forecasts, promotions, and seasonal needs to prevent gaps or overstock.
  • Oversee order entry processes, ensuring all orders match planned demand and are correctly prioritized.
  • Work with Leslie’s team and Fluidra’s Customer Service team to manage and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Ensure orders reflect customer priorities and adapt processes as required.
  • Continuously assess Leslie’s priorities and ensure these are reflected in Fluidra’s operations.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to maintain a high service level.
  • Monitor and ensure on-time shipment of all Leslie’s order lines, avoiding delays.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track shipping performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with the OTC and shipping teams to proactively address delivery challenges.
  • Align incoming product flow with Leslie’s future needs, identifying and mitigating risks early.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to Leslie’s in the event of potential supply challenges.
  • Drive collaboration with Fluidra’s broader supply chain team to ensure smooth product availability.
  • Represent Leslie’s voice across all Fluidra operations.
  • Act as an advocate for Leslie’s priorities and expectations to influence Fluidra’s internal processes and strategy.
WHAT WE SEEK
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, customer operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in demand planning, order management, and shipping logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven tools to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams within a supply chain organization.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in navigating and leveraging IT systems and data analytics for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Agile and adaptable mindset, capable of managing dynamic customer needs and operational demands.
  • High degree of customer focus, with the ability to anticipate and exceed expectations. 
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expected salary range is $70,000-80,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
