Fluidra’s looking for a Customer for Life Advocate I to join our team in Carlsbad, Ca. 
  
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  
The Customer for Life Advocate I is responsible for providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including order processing/tracking, shipment error resolution, and credit and rebills processing. You will be key point of contact for field sales representatives operating as their internal sales support representative. Additionally, you will:  
  • Provide customer service via email and over the telephone for your assigned region.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Process sales, demo and accommodation orders, as well as tracking shipments.
  • Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
  • Process customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims.
  • Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
  • Function as a back-up CFL Advocate for other regions when necessary.
  • As needed assist with processing whole goods warranty credit and replacements for our wholesale distributor customers.
WHAT WE SEEK
  • Must have 2 years experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.  
  • Good written and pleasant verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.

Expected hourly range is $23.00 – 25.00. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
