Video Content Development Specialist

Fluidra is looking for a Video Content Development Specialist to join our team! This is a remote/ field role but close proximity to an office in Atlanta, GA, Carlsbad, CA or Southlake, TX would be ideal.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
This role involves developing high-quality video content for the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, focusing on product features, installation, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support is essential to create accurate scripts. Comprehensive video production—from filming to post-production—utilizing software and incorporating animations and AI-generated voiceovers. The individual will also translate content into various languages using tools to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency in all videos. Working alongside the Sr. Training Administrator, delivering assets on schedule to meet business needs. There may be travel to capture footage at key locations. Additionally, you will:
- Develop high-quality video content for the LMS platform, focused on product features, installation procedures, and troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support to create accurate and engaging scripts.
- Execute end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and post-production using tools like Camtasia and Final Cut.
- Integrate animations and AI-generated voiceovers, such as Synthesia, to enhance learning experiences and ensure accessibility.
- Using tools such as RASK, translate content into other languages for broader reaching training.
- Ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency across all video content.
- Partner with the Sr. Training Administrator to upload and organize completed videos for end-user access.
- Maintain a prioritized video content backlog and deliver assets on time, aligned with business needs.
- Travel up to 30% to capture footage at key product sites or company locations.
- Contribute to process improvement and workflow efficiency as the video content library scales.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, or content development, ideally in a corporate, technical, or training environment.
- Proficiency in Camtasia and/or Final Cut Pro is required; familiarity with additional editing or animation tools is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and video publishing workflows.
- Experience with AI voiceover tools or audio post-production is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel domestically up to 30%.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Expected salary range is $70,000-90,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
