Territory Service Manager

Fluidra is looking for a Territory Service Manager to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Territory Service Manager (TSM) will be the key lead in providing targeted infield Service, Technical and Sales support for key accounts. In addition to providing technical and service support to existing Fluidra customers the TSM will be responsible for identifying prospective service, repair & renovation swimming pool and spa companies within their assigned region. The TSM will be a conduit to drive dealer insights to internal departments for future strategic development. This position would include moderate travel within the assigned territory that has been identified as high potential growth opportunity. Additionally, you will:
- Provide technical (phone and email) and in-field service support to existing Fluidra customers.
- Identify & drive infield conversion of service, repair, and renovation swimming pool companies within assigned region.
- Technical sales presentations at targeted dealers.
- Technical sales presentations at local trade association meetings.
- Sales presentations at distributor table top events.
- Assist sales force converting targeted service accounts.
- Provide weekly update and status of executions.
- Provide assistance by communicating voice of the customer insights for the development and execution of programs, products, price positioning & training.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Solid technical knowledge of Fluidra & competitive swimming pool equipment and parts from a “service, repair, & renovation” perspective.
- Understanding of service, repair & renovation company business model and needs.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of swimming pool equipment “2-step” distribution model.
- Ability to travel and work in different markets for short periods of time.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally while balancing customer needs with Fluidra corporate goals of revenue & profitability.
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software such as Word & Excel, Google email & scheduling.
- A valid Ontario drivers license with abstract required with application
- Knowledge of TSSA and ESA codes pertaining to installation of swimming pool equipment
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
