Our goal is to provide an easy to use email marketing tool to help small businesses engage with their audience. 

We are searching for a driven, hard-working, and adaptable team player to join our sales team. This role will be instrumental in developing and powering our revenue acquisition through partnership and association outreach efforts, outbound pipeline building, and engaging with marketing driven leads. We are excited to have a candidate with creative ideas to achieve results, is able to gather data on loss and win reasons and share with marketing to drive change, while also being persistent and relentless around how to better serve small businesses to convert them to loyal customers. 

This role will:

  • In depth knowledge of the benefits of email marketing.
  • Ability to create relationships within email marketing space and cultivate partnerships.
  • Execute on the outbound B2B sales process from initially qualifying a prospective buyer to closing the sale.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to determine the best approaches to capture new customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries supporting their use of our products and services.
  • Understand target markets, including industry, company, and contacts around which market strategies can attract new clients.
  • Receive and work leads from marketing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 3+ years work experience in SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Well-spoken, highly inspired/motivated and goal orientated
  • An understanding of common sales cycles
  • Experience in prospecting and discovery
  • Pleasant communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and outbound lead generation tools
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
